First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to fill out this application. This will help you become more familiar with our guild's standards, as well as supply us with some basic information that will help us determine future guild members interested in raiding. Below is a list of our requirements:
1. Must be level 80
2. Have knowledge of your class. Currently we would like for classes to be spec'd accordingly for raiding. A willingness to suggestions for optimizing your spec is required.
3. Be able to attend all ICC raids (usually 2-3 nights a week). All other raids are optional.
4. Meet the following raid requirements:
o Be available to raid Sunday-Thursday from 11PM-2AM server time (raid schedules are finalized Sunday/Monday and posted on the GCalendar for the upcoming week)
o Have the following addons installed:
- Deadly Boss Mods
- Omen Threat Meter (or some variant)
o Have access to Ventrilo
- It is not required for you to have a mic, but it is strongly recommended
5. Be able to acquire equipment, enchants, gems found outside of raids (I.E. triumph badge gear/heroic dungeon gear).
6. Forlorn Legacy will provide flasks, fish feasts, and consumables during the raid. However, you must take it upon yourself to bring the proper reagants for your class.
7. Have a good attitude.
Below is a questionnaire we would like you to respond to. Simply construct a reply to this thread supplying the necessary information so that we can get to know you better.
1. What time zone do you currently live in (ex. ET, CT, MT, PT, Other)?
2. What is your current age group (ex. 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, Other)?
3. What is the name of your character and/or the current server it is located on if you plan to transfer?
4. What is your class/race and current spec(s)?
5. What are the names of any alts you are interested in bringing to the guild?
6. What professions (if applicable) do you currently have on your characters?
7. What previous raid experience do you currently have (ex. Naxx, Ulduar, ToC, ICC, None)?
